1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Radiance IT's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Radiance IT provides software development and consulting services including:

• Backend development with Node.js and NestJS
• Frontend development with React and Next.js
• DevOps and CI/CD implementation
• Database design and optimization
• Cloud-native architecture consulting

3. Project Terms

All projects are governed by individual contracts that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality agreements

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins and payments at agreed milestones throughout the project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. We retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
